Hi, I need some help and guidance on how to design a multi-component gas separation use a membrane specifically to sweeten natural gas.
Very good research question. This is one of my areas of focus. Bet I'm limited to solid-liquid interface separation equipment.
Good one Abdullah Badrin. Will come back to make my contribution
It depends on the purpose of the model. For most applications a grid of recovery vs. purity is sufficient. I have also used a finite difference method using relative permeabilities of H2 , Methane and the other components present.
