How to minimize or prevent the powder leakage between the platforms/beds of the powder delivery system on Selective Laser Melting (SLM)?

As we know general SLM machine has a recoater to transfer powder from one to another platform. Any suggestion on the design to prevent powder leakage? Please feel free to give your opinion. Thank you

You can use silicon to seal the gap between the platform and the perspex wall. And the dimension of the platform and the wall should be fabricate in high accuracy method such as laser cutting.
