Hi every one.

I have a slender square RC Column (200*200*1500 mm). The column has 4 No 16 longitudinal bars and No 10 stirrups. The load will be applied with 10 mm eccentricity from Y direction. I was just wondering if anyone could kindly advise me how I can measure the ultimate capacity of this column (preferably using AS 3600).
