I need to measure the tip point of the drill bit using a non-contact pyrometer device. However, the thickness of the undrilled part and cutting fluid affect the measuring device for getting the exact temperature of the drill bit. So, is there any method for measuring the internal temperature of a solid body?

You can use several types of thermometers, in this case I recommend that you use a thermistor or an RTD and place it as close to the region of the solid body that you want to measure
You might try a method to experimentally characterise the functional heat profile of the drill bit. Using a pinpoint torch, or iron, apply heat to the tip of the bit, and simultaneously measure the temperature at the tip and at selected points along the shaft during heating, cooling and at steady state. There may be additional ways to simulate the effects of heat loss and retention due to cutting fluid and frictional contact with the walls of a bored hole. The data obtained will allow you to create lookup tables and/or equations to dynamically infer the tip temperature from temperatures higher along the shaft during actual drilling.
Another method would be to heat the tip and characterise the tip cooling profile of the tip over time. Then, during actual drilling, withdraw the bit and measure the time since withdrawal and tip temperature at that time. The maximum tip temperature can be calculated from the profile data.

You can measure electrical resistance between drill bit and the part. The temperature of drill bit depends on electrical resistance, dimention and meterial of drill and part, depth of carving and speed of rotation. You can use different methods to estimating this relationship such as artificial neural network etc.

You can measure Voltage and current by meters or a microcontroller IC and use ohm law.
For ANN implementation, MATLAB software can help you.
