We want to measure the sky temperature using a pyrgeometer for Sky IR radiation.

As an alternate Measure spectra of light prevalent including infrared range. Convert wavelength to temperature using weins or planks law. Hope this need only spectrum measurement.
Yes of course, but we have a pyrgeometer with a high sensivity to longwave radiation. it provides a small voltage as an output which is correlated to the radiation by a sensitivity coefficient (μV/W/m²), Now we can measure the sky temperature using the radiative heat exchange equation.

Good morning! How do I go about selecting the appropriate sky temperature model to estimate the sky temperature at a location with latitude 63.75? Will be grateful if someone can give some guidance please?
