How to measure the IV curve of electrochemical reactor?

I want measure the IV curve of my Electrodialysis reactor.

Applying a succession of voltages to the device allows for the measurement of the I-V curve. The amount of current passing through the device is calculated for each voltage. A voltmeter connected in parallel to the device is used to measure the provided voltage, and a series-connected ammeter is used to measure the current.
