How to measure surface resistance of polymer fiber?

Hello..

1. Anyone know how to measure the surface resistance of a conductive polymer fiber? Fiber diameter is about 50 - 100 micro meter and tens of centimeters long.

2. Does the surface resistance of a single fiber show the same result with its bulk sample (for example in the plate shape)?

If you can pull out single fibers and align them, you may try to evaporate ring electrodes at a given distance on the fibers and measure the resistance between them. It will be probably a mixture of surface and volume resistance but there is no better.
