I am making a small prototype, that consist of small compact size aerostatic bearing with active compensation. I have to control eccentricity of shaft by using active compensation. For this purpose I need a laser sensor to measure shaft eccentricity that varies from 0 to 100um. one possible suggestion is to use laser sensor of omron company but problem is that my current location is china and omron company said it will take you 5 month to receive it. Please suggest me some other possible ways so that I can finish it before time
Non contact systems can still have their problems. From your range of 0 to 100micro meters you are looking for a gauge with a stated resoultion of 10um (10%) of the range. In parctice taking into accout other measurment uncertainty factors +/- 16% of range would still be acceptable. I'd suggest a Dial Test Indicator such as a Marposs Testar DIT 12.5 advanced. This would be a contact system. But it doe have a serial port output. Its stated resolution is 1micrometer so you have soem room measurement error before it becomes a significant.
In this work (https://infoscience.epfl.ch/record/116219) a low cost optical reflective sensor ( Osram SFH9201 ) was used to measure the position of a magnetically levitaed mass in the range of 0 - 20um. According to the author the sensors were used because of their low cost, high sensitivity in the range needed and the relative simplicity of the needed electronics.

If you want non-contact sensor, then proximity displacement sensor such as Bentley Nevada proximity sensors and Omega non-contact sensors can be used, they are cheaper than Laser sensors and have excellent accuracy:
