How to measure randomness of a sequence quantitatively?
i.e. how I can say among a set of sequences, that particular sequence is more random as compared to other ?
Is it possible with NIST test report?
This a hard one as you want to do multiple testing on multiple sequences.
I suppose I would start with each sequence with the methods discussed here
https://www.researchgate.net/post/What_are_the_different_ways_of_testing_for_randomness_of_a_time_series_variable
It would help to know the length of the sequence, is it thousands or less than 10?
@kelvyn Jones
Thanks for your reply
Length of the sequence is between 100 to 300
