Dear all, how can i measure or quantify the noncovalent interaction like hbond,ππstacking,hydrophobic ………… between the specific group of ligand and protein based on their structure?I can only find their descriptions in many papers but no specific quantity(number) to tell how strong they are.Any method or theory or software to calculate?Any papers recommend?Thanks a lot.
