Dear Mr. Sami Gabr! A few years ago I made Cheneau corsets for children with scoliosis. I was interested in one question. Because of the torsion the vertebrae rotated around their axis, but how the processes of the vertebra changed? They may be located as in a normal vertebra, or they may bend in relation to the median line of the vertebra during its growth. I worked only with standard X-Rays. Perhaps the use of CT scans will help you answer my question and to create a sistematization of anatomical changes for the vertebra level due to scoliosis.
The classics includes standing X-rays (AP and profile). CT scans and eventually 3D reconstruction may provide valuable additional information.
I agree with both above and my belief is that CT scan could give the overall deformity mapping of the bone.
