We have to measure absolute moisture g/kg in flue gas from biomass boiler before and after adding of water. Max T is 150-200 C. Any suggestions of methods or equipment would be useful!

I suppose you don't have a sophisticated apparatus.
So I suggest to suck the gas through a cooling system (T < 15°C) with separation of water and to measure the volume of cooled gas and its temperature.
The saturated steam pressure of the cooled gas volume and the condensated water volume could give you the information.
Another methode is to suck gas through a drying bed and to weight before and after the passage of a measured gas volume
if you are looking at traces of water, then a TDLAS setup would be the best method to determine the water content, if you are looking at higher content (mole% and not ppm), a GC is a good solution or the method suggested above if you have an accurate flowmeter.
