I’m using TRNSYS 16.
I simulated a building with the four Wallis type "EXTERNAL" facing respectively due Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, Northwest. I notice in the file “T56_Std-Output.sum” that “SOLAR_RAD” is equal to “zero”. I understand that it means no solar radiation is received on external wall, which is impossible.
Could you please address this problem. How can I solve this?

Please find attached the configuration of my project on Simulation studio, the screen captured of the project on TRNBuild and a description. I didn't use other software than TRNSYS 16.

Dear, try to load the weather file for cite again and then connect it with you building model correctly. Check if there is any load file missing in the buildings section in TRNSYS.
