How to make it efficient to less emission of polluted gases by burning of RDF?

I am working on REFUSED DERIVED FUEL generated from the MSW or Industrial sources like plastic, paper, wood, garden waste.to convert it to the energy resources for burning it. i think that if it mixed with the garden waste then what will be the effect on the energy produce and emission of gases to the environment. please suggest me to do work.
