Our Greatest scientist and Ex.President of our country Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam sir told India has been developed in before the year of 2020 its is also vision of each and every Indians, but Still Now there is no seem any symptoms for reaching our goal
so
what is our problem.....?
where we are lagging ....?
How to overcome that our issues....?
which method is suitable for achieve our aim with short time period..?

The following steps are required:
1. Change of constitution to give actual equal rights to everybody.
2. Quality should be considered the ONLY parameter for each sector, education to service.
3.The present judicial system should be changed, no judgement should take time beyond 1 year. Use of technologies must be there.
4. Present education system should be changed. Universities should have role to supply study material, online training of students and taking online exam. No college is required for many subjects.
5. Permanent service concept MUST be abolished.
Every year every employee have to prove his/ her efficiency for another year service.
6. Government service should be restricted in a few sectors (Military etc., not in any production or related sectors like railway or surface transport).

I think, India is a developed country in the scientific and technological side. India is a technological power. It has a great scientific human potential. I think, India has social-economic problems. It's this side that it needs to be develop.
India rich with scientists so can develop and reach the top.

There is no doubt, Indian people are doing great over the world. India should bring back their talented people from outside. We must agree with the terminology of "Brain Drain". When these migrated people can excel themselves outside of the country, they can do it in India also.
That's my opinion...!

Alternative of brain drain is throwing the brain in the drain, in India.
Until and unless merit and quality are considered as the basis of every exam, every service etc., no better positive movement can be expected in India.
Condition is practically deteriorating day by day. Widespread corruption and vote - politics is destroying the country.
The positivity appeared presently is the outcome of efforts effectively contributed by @ 5% of employee/ worker only. These persons will work even if they are thrown in the hell.
Others are just enjoying power, money.....
