Well, let me start by saying that you are conducting a mixed method research work. To effectively analyze your data, first of all, you need to analyze the qualitative data based on the questionnaire administered or interview conducted. Thereafter, you should proceed to analyze the quantitative data using the available estimation techniques that are compatible with your methodology, research approach, philosophy, and the techniques of data analysis you intend to use in the study.
For instance, if you administer questionnaire, you can use Chi2, linear regression, correlation analysis, PLS-SEM, or any other available estimation technique. If you conducted an interview, thematic analysis would be more suitable for your study. On the other hand, logistic regression, Pearson correlation, and regression analysis would be more suitable for the quantitative data. By conducting these, you can have your analyzed data intact and compatible with your research work.
