I want to ask that how I can rotate an object (Shape) to make it always in the same direction, I currently use the regression line and slope to find the rotation angle, but it gave me different results where the slope is negative or positive.

you can save your reference object direction what you want the object keep to it and apply object detection and warping at every instance to match the new object state with the reference state.
Create mask of object and use suitable morphological operations.

Apply initial level segmentation and region merging process to detect the boundry of object
Have a standard reference angle and correct your rotation angle with respect to this reference.
avoid using rotation variant features, and focus on these which are invariant to rotation, such as distances, ratios, sizes, etc.
