I am using silvaco to see small signal response in a device (using ac.analysis). I am able to look at G and C values, but I also want to see the fluctuations (amplitude and phase) in current density (drift and diffusion both) and in charge carrier concentration and electric field. I tried the probe command, but it does not work (it shows zero when any of these is plotted against frequency). How can this be achieved?

I can propose you a method to overcome your problem and can observe the fluctuations you intend.
For this let us return to the definitions of C and G,
By definition C= dQ/dV
since you know dV as it is an input and you get out C from the software then you can get dQ= C.dV
If dV is = Vss amplitude tghen you can get qss= dQ= C* Vss
If you let Vss = 1mV then you can get qss= C in milli Coulomb
In this way you can get also dI= Iss= G* Vss.
From these analysis we come to the conclusion that C represents a scaled charge fluctuations and also G represents a scaled current fluctuations and this may be the cause that you do not fined four outputs but two only because C and G represents scaled values of dQ and dI.
