How to learn OTcl language?

Please suggest me some good material for learning OTcl language. I am planning my career in NETWORK research, hence need to learn Otcl for NS-2 simulation. Can you recommend any books, online resources or any other help/guidance.

You can use the manuals. Best practices to learn a language is to play with it. write small codes and see is it working or not. lots of small programs are available in net. all the best.
