I am using a number of static features from Digital Mammogram, and by selecting 8 features I am using them as a vector for cluster and making SOM's by using MATLAB. But I am unable to find out which vector belongs to any specific cluster.

I am just seeing the total number of hits any specific cluster, as some have 8 , 9 or 2 hits inside them, but not aware which vector (or mammogram ) belongs to what cluster.
