PS: no two polymers are miscible ( completely) at a molecular length scale.

Hi. By DMTA via plotting tan delta vs. temperature (the number of peaks) as well as by SEM via the investigation of the morphology of the blends.

I would rather focus on SEM. Acoustic methods could also be considered.
