I can recommend mosswin, (mosswinn.com), which is a quite user-friendly program for Mossbauer spectrum analysis. The interpretation is not so simple to explain in a few sentences, you really need to dig into the theory. There are excellent textbooks, just google; Gary J. Long - Mossbauer spectroscopy Applied to Inorganic Chemistry, or more recently Yutaka Yoshida - Mossbauer Spectroscopy. Spectrum interpretation most often relies on the comparison with known patterns of other compounds.
