I interpret from the transition that the current was waning. The energy of the flow had decreased. Blocks of the current had settled one by one. A few blocks were able to move at the top a bit more distance. I am questioning what more one may acquire from this diffusive transition.

The main problem is that the dip of the diffused breccias. I am proposing that "the top of the diffused breccia must be paralel to the ground at first" because of the waning deposition? is my proposition correct?
