How to interpret the appearance of R.S.D band in the Raman spectrum of MWCNTs? How can the diameter be calculated by using the position of this band?

The Raman spectroscopy of CNTs have three main bands. The R.S.D band is very important to calculate the diameter of the tube as I know but in the case of the MWCNTs, haw can the diameter be calculated, referring to the inner or outer diameter?
