Hello. Green and red is simply a spectrum between Inactive (green) and active (red). The degree of saturation (how dark or light the colors are) in the prediction box indicates the level of confidence in the prediction, which is supported by the probability score on the right. The figure you've displayed shows that in terms of hepatotoxicity, Protox II predicts that goniothalamin is inactive but it is worth noting that the confidence level is not so high, being only at 0.56. This means that despite the predicted value, there still may be a relatively high chance that goniothalamin will exert hepatotoxic activity, since the prediction is lacking certainty or is not completely guaranteed.
