H0: There is no significant relationship between Leadership, communication and work environment in Employee engagement.
Please help me to write the interpretation.
with respect to the table depicted the following inference can be drawn
there exists positive correlation between the variable and there exists high positive correlation between work environment & communication.
all are significant because p value is 0.

The table shows that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between leadership and communication, and between leadership and work environment, as well as between communication and work environment, and for this we reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative hypothesis.
And you can explain this that communication is important for leadership and work environment and vice versa... they are logically related variables.
