I meant specifically working with ANFIS designer App (NOT coding at the command line.)

Thanks for all answers. It was straightforward. ANFIS accepts all of the columns except the last one as inputs. So it is fine. And as far as I understood ANFIS at the right versions does not accept multiple outputs in the App. (of course w ecan create multiple outputs in the Fuzzy designer)
