Hi all,

Does anyone know how to install the g_mmpbsa. I followed the steps by downloading the programme from github, and installing it as given on the software page. However it stalls at

sh cleanup.sh

Error

rm: missing operand

Try 'rm --help' for more information.

I tried another way by downloading the source code , untar and run cmake

Error

Command 'cmake' not found, but can be installed with:

sudo apt install cmake

cmake is already installed as I am running gromacs compiled with cmake

Anybody has idea why the error.

I am installing in Ubuntu installed in WSL on a windows 10 machine
