FRP strip are bonded to sides of concrete beam and has tensile strength of 2Gpa .The FRP was assumed to be a linear elastic orthotropic material but where should i input tensile strength in property?

You should define fracture properties in property module. Hashin Criterion is default of ABAQUS for composite materials. Tensile strength and some other properties are needed to define fracture behavior of composites.
