Part of my study includes estimating reference evapotranspiration ET0 using FAO 56 P-M method.
Software I am using is CROPWAT 8.0.
The problem is that the meteorological data I have contains solar radiation (MJ/m2) but not sunshine hours (hour).
And I can only enter sunchine hour data in CROPWAT as input but not the radiation data.
1. Is there any way within the software to enter radiation data directly as an input?
2. Is there any other software similar to CROPWAT which allows me to enter solar radiation as input variable?
3. Or, is there any explicit expression/equation which relates both sunshine hours (hour) and solar radiation (MJ/m2/day) so that I can convert my radiation data into sunshine data before entering in CROPWAT?

I would like to provide an answer for the 3rd point, an explicit method to obtain the value of radiation data from available sunshine data. , I herewith attached a screenshot of the equation which can be used for the above desired purpose.
