Fullbridge converter has two main parts: switching devices and high freq transformer. If we reduce loss in switching devices, it may increase loss in HF transformer, vice versa.
First of all, you can not get 100% efficiency. From you question , I think you use Flyback dc/dc converter ,HF transformer to increase the gain. There are money methods as far as I know as follows:
1- Using low turn on power switch resistance ( increase the cost)
2- Using low iron losses HF transformer ( increase the cost)
3- Using other dc/dc converter which have high conversion gain ( increase the complexity)
4- Using ZCS and/or ZVS technique ( increase the complexity)
5- Using low ESR capacitors ( increase the cost)
6-Increasing the switching frequency and calculate the converter efficiency till you get the optimum switching frequency to get high efficiency
