Hello,

I'm going to implement inductor based DC-DC converter on-chip.

The process that I use, just provides maximum inductor size of 10 nH with higher Q at high frequency in the range of 1.5 GHz and it provides a very poor quality factor in the range of 50 MHz.

So, I'm looking for any technique or method to improve the quality factor (Q) of the on-chip inductor.
