In 3D printing we make a product in very less time and in low cost. But if we compared 3D printing product with product which made by conventional process than the product which made by conventional process has high mechanical properties . So nowdays requirements of improvement in 3D printing product. Just suggest me which techniques and proceses improve mechanical properties of 3D printing product.

It can be used the similar methods for improve the piece obtained by conventional process, such as cold forming, heat treatment, also using a little size of grain.

That is ok. If the process applied in 3D is SLM using metallic powder, then you can improve tensile strength through conventional process like cold forming, heat treatment. But if the 3D process is to obtain polymeric pieces you can improve the strength using cross link or adding reinforce component to obtain composite materials.

I think it is not difficult and you can improve tensile strength of 3D Printing Product by using a thermal processes which is used to improve the Mechanical properties as heat treatment (quenching and and tempering) for hardness and tensile strength with others properties .

I would like to give a suggestion to amplify mechanical properties of 3D printing based on FDM. I used to study STL file generated by 3D software. I try to change several parameter in converting 3D models to STL, in this case, I use SolidWorks. You can change toolpath of nozzle in maximum tolerance so the layers could be more tight that improve the mechanical properties. Hope it can be useful for your experiment.

I've worked for 12 years with commercial plastic 3D printers - SLA, SLS Nylons, and FDM after my PhD. Yes, FDM plastics behave differently to additive metals and you cannot get much more improvement with heat treatment using FDM technologies on the print straight off the printer. The filament already goes through glass transition temperatures in the extruder. So if you look at the mechanical process of an FDM, you are adding thin lines of extruded material that is cooling "rapidly", so you only end up with a thermo-set bond between surface contact on the layer below and possibly a line of extrusion beside the FDM nozzel. Looking even more in-depth, you only get adhesion where the melted material contacts the surface area of these adjacent layers. Hence why FDM prints are porous and why the tensile strength is low. You can infuse the FDM print with epoxy to help increase strength, but its a messy process and you need a vacuum chamber to pull the epoxy through the part. FDM is only good for relatively thick wall-sections above 2.5mm and generally compression forces.
So to improve your tensile strength, you must change your build angle to oppose the tensile forces being applied or change your design. This is why some materials are specified with XY axes tensile strength and Z axis strength. For design changes, standard thermoplastic design for injection molding applies. Hopefully this info is helpful information to. To put your question in context, what exactly are you trying to achieve by increasing your tensile strength? I did hear of one research project where they tried to put a continuous fiber through the filament, but keeping it centered and continuous was a manufacturing issue.

I am using FDM printer and have the some problem with strength in Z axis direction. I experimented with Acetone (Propanone)-it is solving plastics so you can get smoother surface and slightly better connected layers. It would be optimal if You can make some kind of chamber where FDM printed parts could be exposed to the evaporated acetone flow.
Just a note: Acetone vapours will only work well when used one ABS prints. I don't know of a chemical that will smooth PLA prints.

I think you can play with extrusion section of the process. I mean more heat added to filament as well as smaller nozzle output.
