First you should identify the universities that carry out research in that area at the graduate level, identify the characteristics of the programs they offer and their admission requirements; Among these requirements:  the language, writing skills and reading comprehension at a scientific technical level.

However I think that the most important thing is that you approach an expert researcher in the subject to develop and in the university of your interest; Talk about your research interests, it is important to have a research protocol drafted.

Hi Karina, thanks for your reply. I am facing problem with drafting the email for first communication. What all should I include in that email, should I attach my CV along with that, these are the two questions bothering me the most!

It is important to write a good curriculum and include:  the software you use, the languages you speak, professional experience, research interests, publications, contact details of people who recommend you (even letters of recommendation can be included).
