I am working on PVD depositing of Chromium oxide on decorative crystals (Champagne color on decorative crystals).
after deposition when I bring the crystals out of chamber, the film is deposited uniformly on all parts of the surface, but when I want to test the adhesion of film by Pulling a damp napkin over the crystal tightly , in some small part of crystal surface, the deposited film removed from the surfaceو whereas in other pats of surface the film is adhered.
Which kind of contamination cause this problem? and how can we sole it?
which cleaning method that is useful and somehow simple do you suggest?
