I am using a sliding mesh to simulate flow past a rotating elliptic cylinder in ANSYS. When I import the case & data file into Tecplot and try to draw the streamlines, they break at the interface of the stationary and rotating domain. I have attached an image of the problem I am facing.

I am given to understand that importing just the 'x-velocity' and 'y-velocity' data will resolve this problem, but I don't know how to go about it. I'd be grateful if anyone could elucidate how to import the files, and what to do once they are imported in Tecplot.

I viewed this video on youtube- "Tecplot 360 Interpolation". But when I tried it, my cylinder disappeared, so it wasn't much help.

PS: I have Tecplot 360 EX 2014.
