How can I import a SIW antenna structure in Altium Designer software with all of its Via holes placed in their positions correctly? This is intended for PCB fabrication.
As the number of Vias are large and placed in a nonuniform manner, it is almost impossible to place them manually and it's necessary to lay on the export and import process.

You need to check what extensions are accepted to be imported in Altium Designer software. You can try to export your design using step or dxf extensions for example.
If you are talking about exporting the design for fabrication, I think dxf extension is enough,

You can initially convert/export the entire SIW structure in .step file format and then go into Altium Designer and import the .step file. The exact design model will be imported.
