How to implement the concept of gradient doping in SCAPS-1D?

While I have reviewed several papers related to this concept and consulted the SCAPS-1D manual, I am still struggling to understand how to implement gradient doping within the SCAPS-1D framework. I would greatly appreciate your guidance in helping me comprehend and apply this technique effectively.
