i am working in gene expression data sets related to alzheimer's disease. now i have identified, the DEG's. as an extension, i also want to implement data mining techniques as a part of my work. looking forward for suggestions!
use R on hadoop ,hive ,hbase platform

Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis (Weka) is a popular suite of machine learning software written in Java, developed at the University of Waikato, New Zealand. It is free software licensed under the GNU General Public License.
It is amazing, and of course I am not trying to advertise it here.
