I recently bought D. salina, but it's not growing properly. I used BG-11 with 0.6M, 1M,2M,3M NaCl, same conc of salt in MASM media and also in Artificial Seawater. I added glucose and bicarbonate too in different batches of same media. But it didn't grow in any of these. Light is being maintained in the manner 16hrs light: 8hrs dark. Temperature at 25 degrees Celsius. I don't know what issue is happening.
