As your compound is a salt, I would try the vapor diffusion technique (as described on p. 6/7 in the "How to grow a crystal tutorial") using a combination of a higher boiling polar solvent and a lower boiling, less polar solvent. My suggestion would be to dissolve your compound e.g. in ethanol and let diethyl ether vapor slowly diffuse into the solution. If your compound is soluble in dichloromethane, you could also layer the solution carefully with n-pentane or diethyl ether and let the mixture stand undisturbed at room temperature. These should be promising solvent combinations to grow crystals.
if your compound is the salt form so can apply diffusion method first try to dissolve your imine product within less quantity of polar solvent like DMSO, alcohol, DCM, Ethyl acetate, etc. and prepare diffusion through the non-polar solvent. The temperature should be less than 15-20 degrees C.hopefully you will get success.
