I want to get the total output power of a wind farm. I only have an annual wind speed with 10-minute average in one location, but I want to get the information with more information, thus I have to add some turbulence into our measured 10-minute average wind speed.
I don't know how to do it

Thanks for your share, actually I want to know the instantaneous output power of the wind farm with the time step of 1 minutes or less, but there are some challenges for me:
1) the annual wind speed I measured is 10-minute average. If I want to know the output power with the time step of 1 minutes or less, I need a model to add turbulence in my 10-minute average wind speed;
2) my wind speed is measured in one location. If I want to know the instantaneous total power of a wind farm, I need to consider the interaction between different wind turbines.
Thus I don't know how to solve this problem, because I am caring more about the dynamic information in annual output power of a wind farm.
