The procedure that I used was implemented in MATLAB. For many value of power spectrum I've found at least two value of the area. My question is this normal. Or may be I forget something in the data or in the procedures. Sooner I will upload a picture

Maybe my data doesn't follow a normal or exponential distribution. I propose why not to do a normal transformation to my data and applied to new set of data the S-A.
