I also searched on some specific keywords over google and google scholar and cannot find any clue
Can someone give me recommendations that may help me to get a complete details on this reference or already know this chapter ?

This publication seems to be a dissertation, and it is located in a server that is not accessible.But if you hit the keywords "correlational research" on Google Scholar you can retrieve many studies and books on the subject.
To refer to the original document is always best but in cases its not attached in the PDF then you may search contacts of the publisher to help you out or search manually. Maybe visit a library around you to find it.

I have found the book, i have use google search engine in searching different section and i finally got the book details
