Like, I going to get the chlorophyll of 90 samples of leaves. I want to get the best value that will represent the actual chlorophyll of the 90 samples.

Hi Bryan,

I would report the mean +/- standard deviation. You could also report the mean quantity of chlorophyll by gram of input material +/- standard deviation if you need normalized value.
