How to get more purified RNA from Spermatozoa ?

I need to isolate RNA from spermatozoa of Bovine.I have tried it many time till 260/280 ratio came on an avg of 1.5.The RT-PCv Rreaction taking 550ng of RNA also shows lesser band for house keeping gene specific primer in agarose electrophoresis.Can any body sugest me how to get better result?
