In ADS if someone draw a transmission line model, then from that model anyone can generate the layout.
But what is the reverse procedure.
If someone design an antenna (layout) in ADS and from that layout how could one get the equivalent transmission line model (schematic)

Hello Mr. Bhowmik,
It is pretty simple by the way, once the layout design is finished (with or without ports) go to the option schematic and click on generate/update schematic. ADS will automatically generate the schematic for you.
An example is attached for your reference.
