This is very good question, and important when polarization comes.

I am sending papers, which might help you.

For measuring cross polarization, electric field at perpendicular to the original electric field has to be measured, which is actually responsible for cross polarization.

Right-click on the far-field folder, select Farfield plot properties and under the coordinate system , scroll down to Ludwig 3, then click on apply and see the following:

Ludwig 3 Horizontal = Cross -Polarization

Ludwig 3 Vertical = Co- Polarization
