Do I understand that the Turkish fertilizer obtained from plants in the form of concentrated extract and the acidic pH of the fertilizer caused by organic acids?

I suspect that N is in form of protein/ amino acids, and a consequence of aerobic microbial growth in solution, until pH drops and it becomes somewhat stable. I say somewhat stable since many of these liquid organic fertilizers in plastic bottles will show signs of partial collapse due to consumption of air in the headspace, once they are opened.
