              I am not having problem in substitution of 'X' values.

               I need how they form a structure like this.

        For eg;

         If we make a composition of calcium based transition metal oxides as follows

     1. CaFexTi(1-x)O3

     2. Ca1-xSrxTiO3

The above two materials reveal why 'X' is in Ti and Fe site.

In the second  case Why it comes to Sr site and Ca site.

 I need the explanation for that.

You must go through the possible binary or quaternary phase diagrams of your chemical species to assimilate the stoichiometric formations. Then you can apply my previous suggestions.

  I agree your point.

 This is what i was thinking from the beginning. Transition metals shared their ions proportionally. 

Like wise, each and every Elements in the periodic table such as S, P, D & F blocks shares their ions.

In such a way among them how they connected in the stoichiometric formulae by which independently e.g: 'p' block element Bi is shared their ions to 's' block eelment Li in the following structure 

                 (Bi1-xLix)(Fe1-xNbx)O3

why not with Fe or Nb.

either All are because of valency, is that play a major role or Atomic mass or ionic radii etc. questions arised.

Majorly, I came from Engineering Background. So that, i cant able to follow chemistry. I know without chemistry we cant do the chemical research. pls explain in school level chemistry.

may tell for any of the listed perovsktes

1. (Bi1-xLix)(Fe1-xNbx)O3  OR

2. CaCu3−xFexTi4O12     OR

3. CaCu3Ti4xFexO12  

In the above case 2 & 3 are same metals oxides but different x position. this is what makes me confusable.
